This feature is perfect for those who are not completely confident in a foreign language. It is possible to translate the whole message, or just part of it, into the language of your choice. Simply select the text you want to translate with the cursor, call the Lucy AI Translate function and select the language into which the selected text should be translated. So you no longer have to copy and paste the text into a translator that is open to the side. How to translate a live chat message

First of all, you need to have AI usage enabled in Supportbox. If you haven't already done so, please follow the instructions here.

Just mark any part of the message you want to translate. Then click on the Lucy AI icon and select the Translate function.

The Lucy AI window will appear, where you can select the language you want to translate the message into.

After you select the language, Lucy AI will display the translation in the same window.

If you are translating a client query, you can close this window with a cross. If you are translating a response you have written to a client in this way, just click the Apply button afterwards. The translated text will be inserted into the text window for writing the message, which you can then just send.

For each translation you will be charged 1 credit (1 credit = 1 CZK).
