This feature allows you to translate all or part of an email into the language of your choice. Simply select the text you want to translate with the cursor, invoke the Lucy AI Translate function and select the language into which the selected text should be translated. So you no longer have to copy and paste the text into a translator that is open to the side. How to translate an email
First you need to have AI Use enabled in the Supportbox. If you haven't already done so, please follow the instructions here.
Highlight any part of the email you want to translate. Then click on the Lucy AI icon and select the Translate function.
The Lucy AI window will appear, where you can select the language you want to translate the message into.
When you click on the selected language, Lucy AI will display the translation in the same window. If you are translating a client query, you can close this window with a cross.
If you are translating a response you have written to a client in this way, just click the Apply button afterwards. The translated text will be inserted into the body of the email, which you can then just send.
Credits
You will be charged 2 credits for each translation (1 credit = 1 CZK).
